West Virginia 4H Club Officers 1960s photo from the newspaper, " West Virginia Club Officers, Pictured above are the newly elected officers of the West Virginia Club at Eccles. The members of this club are studying insects, flowers and trees of the state. They are also observing the places of scenic beauty within the state. Special collections of insects, flowers and trees will be made by the members as a project of the club. Officers are (left to right) Douglas Callaway, son of Mr. and Mrs. Talmadge Callaway, President; Kimberly Knight, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry T. Knight, Treasurer; Scotty Stoots (as always, my name was misspelled) , daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Stoots, Secretary; Jimmy Barker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mack Barker, Vice President and Richard Lomax, son of Mrs. Mary Lomax, Sergeant-at-arms.
