Eccles School, Trap Hill District, School Report Card for Joseph Hadra signed by Frank Hadra and Mrs. B. L. Bostick. April 11, 1922.
Addition: Mrs. B. L. Bostick - "she was the principal of Eccles School and was one of my teacher's in elementary school. As a matter of fact, she gave me a "whipping" once."...Submitted by Sam Cangemi--previously Sam Belfore 2001
Addition: Mrs. B. L. Bostick was Mrs. Barger Lee Bostick. Submitted by Nyla Creed August 4, 2001. Correction: The Mrs. B. L. Bostick referred to in her note was Goldie Bostick, (not Gertrude Bostick) wife of Barger Lee Bostick. He was my uncle also. Goldie was later attendance director a WWHS in Beckley, WV. when I was a student there. I am also known as B. L. (Bernard Lewis) Bostick. This fact may have confused cousin Nyla.: B. L.
